What are we printing, and why

I wanted to talk about our approach. The key element is we are a consultative business. I have over 25 years experience in consultative approaches, having been a Product Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. From the time you first contact Resin Reload, I'm already treating it like a project. I ask questioning and gather your requirements. We mutually decide on the best approach for your particular needs. I want to be clear on your expectations and our capabilities to ensure we've got a great match. This process often involves discussing the pros of FDM and resin for your unique application.

You choose when to move ahead

During this process, you will also send us your STL (and/or mdf) files. We will go through the process of laying out your plate(s) to ensure we're both clear on our approach. Coming out of this process, we provide our proposal and quote.

Real-time feedback

There is no obligation to move ahead, but presuming you do, we then reserve your spot in our print queue. Most prints start within 48 hours of being commissioned. We'll let you know when printing will start, and when we expect things to be completed. Along the way, you'll receive pictures and often videos of our progress, basically in real time as the project is being completed. We will also provide feedback, if we have any concerns about the results seen on the printer.

For example, if a customer is interested in resin wargaming miniatures, durability can be a concern. If we discover that an archer unit miniatures are breaking often, we will investigate which miniatures are weak and which aren't, and advise a move-ahead plan for the project. Nobody wants to paint a miniature that is easy to break and if the model itself is the problem, we'll tell the customer which models appear to be stronger. In this way, we help to ensure the long-term durability of their purchase.

Receiving your product

We pack up your prints with the utmost care and act in an environmentally conscious manner by reusing packaging where possible. We're more concerned about the world than our branding. You'll receive the package a few days later and welcome for the excitement!
