Important Information Regarding Your Order:
All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Production Time: While we strive to meet estimated production dates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Accuracy: Please carefully review your order before submitting it, ensuring the correct files, quantities, and scales are specified. Resin Reload is not responsible for errors in the initial order.
Shipping: Resin Reload is not liable for late shipments. Just a note: While we take precautions to package your miniatures securely, resin is a delicate material. If you suspect your minis may be damaged because the box is damaged, we ask that you please take pictures of the box from the outside of every damaged area before opening the box. We will also ask from damaged product photos so we know what to replace for the Reload Guarantee.
